Maitland City Brass Band doing its stuff on ANZAC Day, '99

Mustard Coats are first sighted near the Old Firehouse by a passing citizen
Police arrived on the scene, but before any preventative
measures could be taken, the Mustard Coats marched off
Rioting ensues, police try to regain a semblance of order but fail
the Australian Army Reserves are called in and peace is
restored, but only until negotiations can be arranged
with instruments poised, the Mustard Coats state their demands
an unsettling silence spread through the assembled onlookers, but only lasts for about a minute
upon direction of the band leader the Mustard Coats took
arms and blasted away, the chaos erupts anew.  Oh! The Humanity!
The Brass Bandit rides again!   Muahahaha!
