This is my car, Christine. I think she's tops.
From any angle... ..she is just big.
When she's nice and clean like now you can see she scrubs up pretty good.
Those tires could hang onto the road
upside down if she wanted to. Well, not really...
Christine's front left corner had been smashed in at
least three times before, but each time fixed up
good as new.
If you hadn't already guessed, these are actually Hub-caps. The white aerial on the back quarter was for the
scanner. (for listening to the local Police/Ambulance/Fire channels
of course!)
Believe it or not, I've had this chassis over mountains
and along heaps of 4 WD tracks "out bush" without
scraping the ground.
Inside you can see my CB radio bolted on
the passenger side of the transmission tunnel, the
external PA on the drivers side, and the scanner
mounted next to the head unit.
That's a phone on the left of the auto shift and the
controls for the "Knight rider" chaser lights on it's right.
Hey, I found it comfortable so shut up.
My view from the drivers seat. Note the lil' compass (Wanky). I like to give her a wash at Car lovers.
It is a very hassle free place to wash up.
but now its just getting too expensive.
The following pics were taken shortly after her latest
addition, floodlights on the roof (How wanky its it tho?)
Shut up all youse, I've paid my money, I'll do whatever the hell I want!
She would light up the roadway at night with all
her lights boiling the tarmac, total of 450 watts pointing forward.
You can just make out the external speaker for the
PA/siren behind the bumper facing forwards and down.
Oh, and note the "Kenwood" Sticker on the
rear window, a little crooked.
Can't tell you how many times I gouged my
knuckles on those bolts under the lights as I
washed her roof.
This is her 4.0 litre inline six cylinder box.
She could push out 146kw at peak.
The beast in her Lair. At home with lights on, but is anyone home?
(Those dots on the top of the windscreen are the
Knight rider lights captured in mid-sweep)
